Process

01 Inspiration Strikes

02 Start the Process + Reach Out

Contact GreenScapes through our inquiry form or by calling us at 614.837.1869. We will answer your questions and connect you with one of our Designers to schedule your complimentary consultation.

03 Introductory Consultation

During our initial consultation you will meet with your designer who will evaluate your space and review possible solutions, budget expectations & timeframes. Your designer will answer any additional questions about our Design+Build process.

04 Analysis + Design

Once you decide to move forward, your Designer crafts a design agreement outlining the scope of the project and the specific elements it will include. The design team will conduct a thorough site analysis of your home to create an accurate base plan on which the custom solution for your space will begin to take shape.

05 Review Plans

During this exciting phase, you are presented with detailed plans that will help you visualize your future outdoor space as well as understand the costs associated with the project. Your Designer will work with you on material selections for your project and make any necessary revisions based on your feedback.

06 Proposal Acceptance

Once the final plan & proposal has been approved, we move into the Construction Agreement. This agreement reviews the materials, final budget, and payment schedule for approved drawings and specifications.

07 Construction

After selections are made, materials are ordered, and any necessary permits/approvals are completed & construction begins. During this phase, your Designer, Project Manager, and Crew Members will be there with you every step of the way as your project progresses from plan to reality.

08 Landscape Dreams, Achieved

Your landscape design vision becomes reality! Our services don’t stop there – we can begin the conversation about the next project or help guide you on how to best care for your new space.
