During our initial consultation, your dedicated landscape designer will evaluate your space and review possible solutions, budget expectations & timeframes. Your designer will answer any additional questions about our Design+Build process.
Once you decide to move forward, your Designer crafts a design agreement outlining the scope of the project and the specific elements it will include. The design team will conduct a thorough site analysis of your home to create an accurate plan on which the custom solution for your space will begin to take shape.
During this exciting phase, you are presented with detailed plans that visualize your future outdoor space as well as outline the costs associated with the project. Your Designer will work with you on material selections for your project and make any necessary revisions based on your feedback.
Once the final design plan has been approved, we move into the Construction Agreement. This agreement reviews the materials, final budget, and payment schedule for approved drawings and specifications.
After selections are made, materials are ordered, and any necessary permits/approvals are completed, then construction begins. During this phase, your Designer, Project Manager, and Crew Members will be there with you every step of the way as your project progresses from plan to reality.
