Seasonal Comfort: Installed automatic mosquito screens to protect against pests and a custom-built fireplace to provide warmth and ambiance on cooler evenings.
Climate Control & Coverage: Added a pitched roof with built-in heaters, making the patio usable year-round.
Functional Layout: Divided the patio into two distinct areas—one for relaxing and gathering, the other featuring a custom grill island for outdoor cooking and dining.
Seating & Definition: Incorporated a seat wall to provide extra seating and help define the outdoor living spaces.
Softening & Aesthetics: Strategically placed plantings around the hardscape to soften edges and enhance the overall visual appeal.
