Position Descriptions:

Mowing and Maintenance Crew Leader Responsibilities

Supervise Crew Members, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion of jobs.
Train Crew Members in mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, weeding, and proper chemical use.
Load and unload trucks and trailers.
Interact professionally with customers.
Maintain equipment and ensure proper completion of daily paperwork.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.

Mowing and Maintenance Crew Member Responsibilities

Perform mowing, weeding, mulching, edging, and trimming using proper techniques.
Operate zero-turn mowers and other commercial-grade landscaping equipment.
Assist with snow removal during winter months.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience using commercial-grade zero-turn mowers and other landscaping equipment.

Landscape Installation Crew Leader Responsibilities

Supervise Crew Members, assign tasks, and oversee job completion.
Maintain landscape equipment.
Train Crew Members in planting, mulching, staking, plant care, and hardscape installations (e.g., paver patios and stone walls).
Load and unload trucks and trailers.
Provide professional customer service and ensure accurate daily paperwork.
Communicate effectively with all levels of the team.

Landscape Installation Crew Member Responsibilities

Perform planting, staking, mulching, plant care, and hardscape installations, including paver patios and stone walls.
Assist with snow removal during winter months.

Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in landscape installation and operating professional equipment.

General Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s Degree in a related field is preferred.
Valid driver’s license, clean background, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and eagerness to learn and grow are essential.
