Backyard Layout: Created a spacious patio with separate zones for dining and a firepit, providing flexibility for entertaining or casual outdoor relaxation.
Material Selection: Used a natural stone palette of Pennsylvania bluestone, Indiana limestone, and North Shore limestone—materials commonly found in traditional Upper Arlington homes—arranged in a clean, modern layout for a fresh, updated look.
Structural Features: Added masonry steps, a firepit, and a seat wall to define the space while combining function with high-quality craftsmanship.
Front Walkway & Slope Management: Redesigned the front walkway to create a more direct and natural flow from the driveway to the stoop and portico. Stone retaining walls were installed to manage the yard’s slope while blending seamlessly with the overall design.
