Located in the heart of Columbus’ vibrant Arena District, the 220 Vine Street Project is a prime example of collaborative urban development. GreenScapes partnered with Nationwide Realty Investors to bring this dynamic outdoor space to life, supporting both aesthetics and functionality.

Our scope of work included the full landscape installation—from carefully graded topsoil and plantings to a fully integrated irrigation system that ensures long-term health and performance. We also installed sod throughout the green space to provide an immediate, finished look, as well as a variety of site furnishings including tables, chairs, grills, and custom planters designed to invite social connection and relaxation.
