GreenScapes Landscape Company was founded in 1977 by Bill Gerhardt, RLA, while earning his degree in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University. With a strong design foundation and a passion for creating beautiful spaces, GreenScapes has built a reputation for high-quality landscape design, build, and maintenance services throughout Central Ohio. Since then, the company has grown into a multidisciplinary, full-service team that continues to uphold the vision and values it was founded on.
Over the years, GreenScapes has assembled a growing team of experienced professionals. Since 2004, the company has operated as a 100% employee-owned business through and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As an employee-owned company, every team member shares accountability for quality, client experience, and long-term success.
