GreenScapes Landscape Company was founded by Bill Gerhardt, RLA, while obtaining his degree in Landscape Architecture from The Ohio State University in 1977. With an eye for design and a passion for creating beautiful spaces, Bill was able to create a reputation of high-quality residential landscape services in the Central Ohio area. Since then, the company has grown into a multidisciplinary full-service team that still holds strong to the vision and values GreenScapes started with.

Over the years an ever-growing group of personnel has been assembled. Since 2020, GreenScapes has transitioned to being 100% employee owned through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We are proud to be constantly improving our company culture and service footprint since our establishment. As GreenScapes continues to evolve we are excited to see what our hard-working team members will build.
